1. Age Requirement (21+)
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or receive alcohol. Valid, government-issued photo identification is required at pickup or delivery. Orders will not be released without proper ID.
2. Compliance With Missouri & Kansas City Laws
All alcohol sales are made in compliance with Missouri state law and applicable Kansas City ordinances. Leisure Spirits reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet legal requirements.
3. Ordering & Availability
Product availability, pricing, and vintages may vary and are subject to change without notice.
Quantity limits may apply per customer or per order.
4. Payments
All payments must be completed at checkout. Leisure Spirits is not responsible for bank or third-party payment processing fees.
5. Returns & Refunds
All alcohol sales are final, except where required by law. Refunds or exchanges are only considered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and must be reported within 24 hours with proof of purchase.
6. Delivery (DoorDash & Uber Eats)
Alcohol delivery is fulfilled through DoorDash and Uber Eats in accordance with their alcohol delivery policies and Missouri law.
A valid 21+ ID must be presented to the delivery driver.
Delivery will be refused if the recipient is underage, intoxicated, or unable to provide valid ID.
Leisure Spirits is not responsible for delays, delivery errors, or service issues caused by third-party delivery providers.
7. Responsible Sales & Consumption
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or is purchasing alcohol on behalf of a minor. Please drink responsibly.
8. Promotions
Promotions and discounts are subject to change, may have restrictions, and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leisure Spirits is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the purchase or consumption of alcohol products.
