Leisure Spirits is committed to providing quality products while complying with Missouri state law and Kansas City regulations regarding alcohol sales.
All Sales Final
Due to state law, all alcohol sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for alcoholic beverages once they have left the store, except as outlined below.
Eligible Exceptions
Returns or exchanges may be considered only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or spoiled at the time of purchase
- The incorrect item was provided
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of purchase or delivery and must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Non‑Alcohol Items
Non-alcohol merchandise (where applicable) may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original condition, subject to management approval.
Delivery Orders (DoorDash & Uber Eats)
Alcohol delivery orders are subject to the same all-sales-final policy
Delivery-related issues (missing or incorrect items) must be reported promptly through the delivery platform
Leisure Spirits is not responsible for delays or service issues caused by third-party delivery providers
Refund Method
Approved refunds or adjustments will be issued to the original form of payment where permitted by law.
